Dear doctor Beatriz, I´m really disappointing with me. I can´t lose weight, I´m always so fat. I have time to do exercises but I´m very lazy, and I just eat junk food. I need your help dear, why can I do to be like you, always thin and fit ?

Dear, don´t worry I can help you, just follow my tips. First, you should be more active, why not get off stop early and walk or running a bit longer for example? Running and walk It´s good for your heart and your body. You could go to the gym, It´s amazing to lose weight, and met news persons. What about vegetables ? It´s important for you eat many vegetables, they are going to help you to be fit and have a good health. You could reduce  things that isn´t healthy, for instance: soft drink, hamburger, milk shake, candy... And increase healthy foods like: fruits, vegetables... I think this tips were help you. So, good lucky for you and send me more  emails if have questions ok ? And don´t forget if you follow my tips, you will be fit and thin, trust me.
